Shipping and processing

All designs are handmade from my studio in South Australia. Custom orders takes 3-4 weeks to complete from the day it is ordered.

Ready to ship items are packed and shipped the day after ordering.

Shipping is via Australia Post with tracking included and this will be emailed to you.

Within Australia orders are typically delivered in 2-4 business days. International orders take 6-10 business days.

International taxes/duties

United States: We prepay all U.S customs (duties) and required import taxes so you won’t be charged any additional import fees upon delivery (certain states may impose a "use tax" which isn't covered). Message us if you are unsure.

International: Some countries do not support 'Duty Delivery Paid', and import duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery.
