There is a 12 month warranty on all items that may have a manufacturing issue. These can be either refunded or repaired with the return shipping at our expense. Please send images and proof of purchase to amkrtschjan@hotmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
All 'made to order" items include a video sent to you prior to shipping for your approval. These and gold items are non refundable due to the costly nature of production.
Return and Refunds are not offered for:
- custom made orders
- loss or theft
- wear and tear from daily uses such as scratches or chips or from accidents
- damage due to chemical exposure
- change of mind
Returns for Ready to ship items
- Must be returned within 2 weeks from the order being delivered to you and in original condition unworn
- You will be required to pay for return shipping
