How to find your ring size

Method 1: Measure an existing ring

Place a ring that already fits well flat on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (the distance across the inside of the band) in millimetres. Then match that measurement to a ring size chart. For example, 17mm inside diameter = size 7 (US) or N (UK).

Method 2: Measure your finger with a strip of paper

Cut a thin strip of paper and wrap it snugly around the base of the finger closest to the knuckle, where a ring would sit. Mark where the paper overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler to get the circumference in millimetres. Divide that number by 3.14 to get the diameter, then match it to a ring size chart. For best results, measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger.
